Brilliant! I haven't flown in 25 years and it was a good experience. In flight entertainement was good. No delay, no problems.

I will fly with First Choice again, but not further than 3hrs 20 min this was quite enough. The seating was awful, good job colour schemes don't cause travel illness. The Crew were pleasant, efficient and friendly. I felt sorry for them actually all they had to do, but obviously no time to do it in. ...

Although I don't like flying anyway, I believe the First Choice Airlines crew could have been better. I would use the airline again on short European flights as I book by cost factor, but I think customer relations should be improved.

I would never fly with this company again. Until they train there staff better in customer service. My Choice crew in my eyes need to go on the Mary Gober customer training course.

As an airline, they are okay, but its the niggling faults that stick in the memory.

I would not recommend them despite the good check-in staff. Hours of waiting even when things are running ok. No reps for us to see, no offers of help at the crucial time of extreme difficulty, cramped seating, some sloppy crew service - both ways. I've never before seen a senior steward bidding us ...

Our flight taking off from London Gatwick 30.06.08 was delayed for approx 1 hour due to planes being swapped. Booked extra leg room seats which we did get. We got upgraded because of this to premium economy because the plane we had, had this class so everyone who had paid for extra leg room seats ...
