Connection speeds we're slow for me personally, even though we were on the 8mb package, and close to the exchange. Limit you to 3Gb a week during peak hours, which is just about enough to play online on the Xbox (about 60mb an hour) and not a lot else.

I get broadband speed of 7.6mbps out of 8mbps and it's cheaper than most providers. I have access to online billing and customer services has been helpful when I've been in contact with them. Even the technical support team responded to my query within 48 hours and the information was bang on.

As far as I am aware they have not yet replied to my emails even though its been agreed with the high level compliance team, account still active even though I no longer receive bb from them, I do not recommend Toucan.com broadband to anyone!
