    Dreams charge 20% of the bed's cost if you wish to return it!!!!

    Never buy a bed from Dreams. The worst experience ever!!

    Bought a new double bed from Dreams. Was a very good service, sales person was helpful and advised me on what sort of beds I could get. Only downside was he forgot to tell me I had to order a headboard seperately so had to go back when bed arrived.

    I have a matress from dreams and when purchased we specified it needed to be for a sliegh bed with slats. There was no mention of how wide the slats should be and now after 3 years our matress has a 4ft x 1ft dip in the one side. They are blaming it on the springs going through the gap in the slats ...

    Put a deposit down on a bed with Dreams, even though they have accepted the cancellation I am not able to get a refund.     I feel that customer service at Dreams PLC take too long to answer phone calls whenever I call them, they never appear willing to put me through to a manager.
    Purchased £2000.00 bed had it replaced twice due to defect.
