I've ordered a mobile phone from them and had a real problem in returning it after I've changed my mind. You only have 7 days in which you can return it, and I feel as though they have made it hard for me to. At the end I still ended with a bill from the service provider. Terrible experience.

I have also sent in bills and had them returned they owe me nearly £200 that im never going to see and i have an 18 month contract that i don't surpose i can get out of. its all been just one big CON. Any advice would be appreciated

When i sent my bill to The Mobile Outlet in order to get my cash back they ignored me, i called them lot of time but every time same answer, we will give the cash back within a week, only one guy dealt the telephone query with different name. i spent lot of money to call them on 0870 one number. Same problem here. Never got my 1st cashback although they received my paperwork on 2Jan 08. Called - no luck with a guy, when asked to speak to the manager he replied "Manager is in a meeting" (yeah, right), emailed - no answer. Sent in 2nd cashback claim - envelope returned yesterday.
