When I first bought this CPI GTR 150cc bike/scooter I loved it. It was fast, reliable, all the things I wanted. But after about a year and a half (when my warranty ranout), things started to go wrong. It had trouble starting - which is really annoying as there is no kick start. Then the electrics we ...

I wouldn't reccomend this CPI GTR 150cc bike because it has been nothing but trouble for me. Too many problems and not enough help from the owner's manual. The service cost alone has already been over $450.00 US and it doesn't even have 500 miles on it yet.
Not happy with this product at all.

I currently own a CPI GTR50 - 2005 model. Cool "motorcycle" look with a scooter 49cc engine. It was ordered from the dealer (St. Louis, MO - USA) with an exhaust conversion kit - speeds up to 45 - 50 mph.
After repairs (under warranty) to the fuel line, no problems at all with performance - runs exc ...

Second owner, first user of it. Was a display by first owner. Sat with gas in it for a year. Fixed that problem. Found a dealer here in Phoenix. Fairly quick to get parts. Been told that warranty work is weird thru the Texas distributer of the bikes. Since purchase of the first one I have purchased ...

Great cross over bike, fast enough to have fun on city streets, yet not 2 fast to get me in real trouble.
Nice looking bike as far as any problems so far so good but its only gor 1800 miles.
    Great bike for the price.

Basically My CPI fell apart after 1 year. Sensors went out, exhaust fell off, cooling system is crapped out, CVT out. Its cheap, its poor, the only good thing to it is the frame.
