    Ordered 2 heart rate monitors and a padded exercise mat - all looked good value.

    Got to the checkout and paid before I realised that the items were going to be despatched separately incurring eye-watering delivery charges of a total of £15.

    after reviewing a selection of rowers for my home i decided to go with the tunturi 25 rower machine. took a while to setup and the manual was a little confusing but i am by no means technical, apart from that no quibbles.

    im at the brink of tears.

    Ordered for a pre delivery before 9am.....3pm they finally arrived and i had to use a days holiday of work - boss was not impressed.

    went to open and put together to find it damaged.

    called company to moan and they wanted nothing to do with it. about 3 hours later of me ...

    Worst customer service. The lady who picks up the phone does not know a thing about customer service. Very rude told me my order will be delivered today on 15/09/2009. Never turned up. Called again on 16/09/2009 and was told it will be delivered today but nothing yet. Never buy from Bodypower Sports ...

    i see a lot of neg reviews here about Bodypower Sports but dont know why, i have been using these guys for years and havent had a problem once, i've been to their place a few times and everyonie there is always polite

    Liked the look af the Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore website so decided to buy an Elliptical machine. All turned up on time so A ++
