    Bought mine about four years back for £25 quid (used). Easy to assemble even without instructions or a helping hand. Gives a good workout but could do with more weights. Have had no problems apart from going through two cables (it's used five times a week) which are quite expencive at £2 ...

    I have had the York Compact 401 Home Multi Gym for more than 10 years now and it's still going strong. I don't always have enough time to use it. Considering it's still the same price now new what I paid for it 2nd hand more than 10 years ago it was the best money spent. Versatile. Easy to assemble ...

    Haven't experienced weight jamming/plate buckling reported by other users with the York Compact 401 Home Multi Gym . Overall though, it's a useful bit of kit providing you use it, which most people don't after the 1st flush of enthusiasm. (so you wouldn't necessarily spot the bad bits before you go ...

    My York Compact 401 Home Multi Gym looks like two plastic plates that guide the bar back through the weights are not strong enough and simply buckle. Really disappointing. Anyone know a solution?
