Owned my LG RH7500 for 4 years now. Only problem has been a problem with pre-recorded DVDs not being recognised and blank media unable to be formatted. Searched online for 2 minutes for the solution, and the problem has now gone. Get inside the box, take off the two screws on the DVD drive cover and ...

Impressive quality on both picture and sound on this unit.
Easy to use, compared to some other brands I have seen.
This unit has been very useful while copying most of my important vcr-tapes to dvd. Great machine.

I've had the LG RH7500 recorder for over a year now, and though initially it worked magnificently, beautiful pictures and sound quality, pretty soon stopped recognizing branded blank and recorded dvds, later even the prerecorded discs. So now I've to find out, if possible, how to transfer videos fro ...

I love my LG RH7500 DVD/HDD recorder! It is easy to use and gives a crystal clear quality. But, timer function doesn't always work handy- .srt files + avi's: subtitles "stick" till the next line shows

The LG RH7500 doesn't work well for very long. My own and my brothers dvd recorder both developed the same problem. I think the LG RH7500 is good value for the money, or was when I purchased it a year and a half ago. Good looking design, fine menus, plenty of holes to fill in the back.

I assumed that this unit would automatically record from Sky like my 3 year old Phillips DVD recorder but it does not. I also thought that Hard Disk recorders enabled you to watch the start of a recording whilst continuing to record the rest of the programme - this is not the case with the LG. Unle ...

I must be the odd one out, but I have had enough problems with the LG RH6500 DVD recorder to have lost faith in it.

Burn to DVD failure rate is about 33% across most manufacturers blank discs. Can be a bit noisy. Can't get a hold of their support people.

The LG RH7500 DVD recorder is brilliant! You can record programmes to the hard disk, then if needed, transfer them quickly to DVD at the quality you recorded them at. At most, it takes 10 minutes, and you can watch other channels while you do so.

It took some time to get used to being able to ...
