    scroll pad is awful, library is cumbersome and user unfriendly - Itunes is awful. Too many faults to list and it is the only way of loading music onto the Ipod. Sound quality is iffy

    It just seemed like I spent lots of time looking up the i pod online support pages. Unless you want to pay another 50 or so to have the warrenty extended for a second year, you could end up I pod less in less than 2 years.     The iPod hard drives fail and cannot be fixed. Apple will not repair hard drives, and the cost is equivalent to a new iPod.     Ipods are very undependable and extremely expensive to replace. Just go buy a new one. I just bought my daughter an mP3 for her birthday after purchasing 5 ipods, this one was an iRiver.     There are a lot of music players around and this Apple iPod is popular but very over rated. It has some good games and plenty of storage memory.But it's very expensive and not very good value for money

    I now have an extinct Apple iPod mini portable MP3 player!! It's like rocket science sometimes trying to get it to work. It says the software needs updating etc., but I can't do it, and it gives me no options of how to fix it. There are a lot of problems regarding software.

    When I got my Apple iPod portable MP3 player I was thrilled! It is just awesome!

    I knew that it looked good and had lots of memory, well who doesn't? But what struck me was the sound quality of the iPod. It is the best I have ever heard! I promise you.

    There may be myths about the battery failing ...
