Would not recommend M & S at all accept no responsibility and have a very bad attitude towards their customers. Mattress quality very poor. Sent out a technician foudn not in our favour when clearly should be as it is faulty. Waste of time energy and money. Be warned!!!

Ordered furniture and were told a 8 week delivery. Someone rang with delivery date but would not give a time contrary to there terms and conditions of sale. Conservatory furniture - Pacific range. Exactly what I wanted and looks even better than I expected. Delivered when expected. Unpacked and put where I wanted it. All packaging removed. Very polite and helpful delivery staff.
