Lancome Le Crayon Khol Waterproof is very comfortable & easy to apply, easy to wash off, smudge a bit but ok, just don't apply too much, generally a good eye liner.

I purchased the Lancome Le Crayon Kohl Waterproof eye pencil after seeing a review in Cosmopolitan Oct 05 issue. It cost more than I would normally pay for an eyeliner at £13 but thought I would treat myself.
