    PAWS/JLT Pet insurance

Absolutely awful. I have had a policy for 10 years and at first it was under £7 a month for a young cat. All the time I didn't claim it stayed low, going up about £1 a year. The minute I made a claim, the premiums shot up. Now it is over £29 a month!!

I have been with PAWS pet insurance for 11 years and did not think the premiums had gone up excessively. Our cat developed a heart condition last October and they paid the first 4 claims without a query. The last claim they only paid half of because they said her tablets were for 2 seperate conditio ...

I have been with Paws pet insurance for over 14 years through its many changes and have steadily seen its prices and excess rise, but the latest premium if over £55 per month. This is daylight robbery and totally unacceptable, what more the excess and other penalties are outrageous, this would ...

Having insured my pets for over twenty years with Paws Pet Insurance - JLT or Jardine Cat Insurance, I am utterly shocked and disgusted at the recent increase in excess from £60 + 25% to £190 + 30% excess! Daylight robbery - I think Dick Turpin would even be shocked by this!

Have been with Paws for 12 years and claimed once last year for kidney stones treatment for my cat. I rang them today to see if I can claim for treatment for a possible overactive thyroid and to clarify the excess on the policy which seems to have gone through the roof. They have no record of me or ...

I have just discovered that our excess has been hiked up to £250 + 30%. They sneak it in the small print and do not make it clear at all. My vet is horrified at the excess and has never experienced this amount ever - including larger animals.
I am now doing all I can to expose this practice PA ...

I have had Paws pet insurance for 14 years and have been quite satisfied with the premiums paid and the claims procedure, they did pay any claims, minus the excess. I have just had my renewal notice, this has increased by nearly £50 which I can cope with okay. What I don't like is that the ...
