    Weight watchers is useful.
However, I've been trying to cancel my membership for months now and they still go on taking the £18 a month. I'm fed up. Anyone else?

I was hungry all the time because my points were so low for my weight and I had to eat the same things over and over because if I at ...

I did the Weightwatchers points diet online, and lost almost three stone, which is staying off. The impressive part of the diet for me was that after 6 weeks or so, I had got so used to the points values of different foods that I no longer had to religiously record and plot everything to successful ...
