    Firstly, the phone people are not well trained, and thus not knowledgeable about the details of plans or claims. So, you have to leave your number for a manager to call you back, which doesn't happen promptly. So I spent a lot of time calling them to follow up. Secondly, they took well over a month ...

    I have 5 cats and all of them are insured through PetCare. I pay $120 a month for all of them, and have paid faithfully for more then 4 years now. They need to consider their customer service level, as one request after another is very very annoying.
