    This was way below acceptable standard. The apartment itself was tiny - the neighbour's toilet/bathroom window opened on to our balcony. Our own bathroom was dirty, as was the cutlery and utensils (what there were of them). The towels were rough and stained.

    We have never arrived at an apartment where we have wanted to leave before we even unpacked. The overall standard of the room was appalling, with the bathroom not having even been cleaned, the previous occupants remains of soap & hair were stili in evidence.
