I would like to say that when we arrived we were met with very friendly staff and no delay allocating our room, the room was comfortable with all the trimmings. Our kettle was not working and within half hour a tray with tea for two and a new kettle was brought to our room. The breakfast on Saturd ...

The GALWAY RADDISON is a nice hotel but we were treated badly. We ordered breakfast in bed as we like being pampered when away from home. We were phoned in the morning to say breakfast was delayed and after an hour we were phoned again asking us to come down to get breakfast.
For a 4 star hotel ...

WE STAYED AT 4 HOTELS ON OUR HOLIDAY THIS YEAR AND THIS WAS RATED AMONGST THE BEST WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT.
