    I had occasion to claim due to a shoulder problem.I received payments for two months without any major delays. In fact they contacted me to say they were waiting for my continuance form for the second 30 day period.

    Waited over 6 months for a claim to be sorted. Hamilton Insurance employ delay tactics at every step of the way asking for information in a bit by bit fashion.     Hamilton insurance will not only take your accident insurance premium each month, but they will delay legitimate payments to try and put you in arrears on your next payment so they do not have to pay any change in circumstance that you report, as you should do, even though it does not affect the nat ...
