  As long as you are not going to store masses of digital photos a Seagate Momentus 40Gb HDD is fine. Upgrading the battery increased the battery life to 2.5 hours fully charged, though if used intensively to load programs this soon reduced to an hour or so. Overall not a bad laptop.

  Pentium 4 3006Mhz 512mb memory 40gb HD 64mb Geforce Go 440. When I first opened the Packard Bell Easynote K5, I was surprised by the weight. Very heavy. This laptop is definitely to be used as a desktop replacement. I would not recommend it as a mobile computer, if you are to be carrying this ...
