Good price for a holiday to Dubai, decent hotel, good customer service. I dealt with the same two people on the phone as that is how I booked the holiday, they were very helpful. No problem with transfer from Abu Dabi airport to Dubai. Food in the hotel a bit disappointing. I had no problems at all ...

We booked a holiday to Mauritius for one week. They didn't send tickets until last minute and did not include one for our child. We had to pay for a new ticket. Over a month later we still have not got a response and our out of pocket by an additional £200

Disgusting customer service, I would advise you never to use Dreamticket, firstly the prices will be far more expensive when you ring up to what is stated online! They then basically tell you everything is available, confirm, take all the details and deposit, then will not return your calls for days ...

I booked a holiday to Thailand with Dreamticket and they were fine. I had one reservation contact from start to finish, which made the process a lot smoother and they managed to get me a great deal. I've booked with some online companies before that make you feel like 'just another number' but these ...

All I can say is that I am happy with Dream Ticket. Bought a holiday to Maldives and Mauritius and couldnt find any real faults. Service was good, prices were good and for once I was happy with what I bought!

We had booked a trip to the Maldives through this agent, under their web site "dreammaldives.co.uk".
We paid 100% of the cost on the day of booking, even though our departure date was over five months away.
A week later, they called us to tell us we would have to pay an extra £150 per person ...
