I was given a gift voucher for a red letter days experience by a family member from overseas and I did not realise that the vouchers had a 10 month expiry date. Anyway I called a week after the voucher had expired to try and book something and was told that there was no option as the voucher had exp ...

They then emailed me the day after to ask for my feedback - this is a company that obviuosly ca ...

Awful, awful, awful. Very difficult to book, they don't always return your calls, useless customer services (when I tried to complain I was told that customer services didnt accept phone calls!!!!). Please don't waste your money.

I recieved a £250 gift voucher through work and decided to spend £75 of it on a luxury hamper for my sister. I was unable to register my voucher and order my gift on the website as it wasn't working correctly. I phoned the call centre and ordered the gift along with giving the delivery a ...

My husband and his brother were given Red Letter Days vouchers for £500 each for Christmas and a 40th birthday in hopes that they could do something fun together. They received the vouchers on Boxing Day 2008.
As we live in the US, it was perhaps not the best thought out gift but both broth ...

Tried to book flying lesson on the Red Letter Days site. Site keeps on crashing and gives number to ring but only available office hours. And these people think I'm going to wait around and then give them hundreds of pounds of my money with rubbish service like that?!?

Overpriced experiences that come in voucher form that expire. If you are unlucky enough to be bought one of these as a gift- make sure the person who bought you it keeps a receipt as they will use this as a way to steal money off you.
Any trick they can use to not honour their vouchers, they will ...

My initial Red Letter Days was a prize won at work. I decided to go on the London Weekend break with my girlfriend. The first problem that we encountered is that at the hotel the check in staff did not know what to do with the Voucher! After 30 minutes of Explaining about Red Letter Days and a ph ...

I received a present of a Red Letter Days "yellow" voucher, at a cost of £150, for my birthday in November last year.
Not knowing what "experience" I wanted to do, I put the voucher to one side and set a reminder in my Palm Pilot to book it later. My Palm Pilot stopped working in January so ...
