AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! i have ordered 2 things from them - 1 turned up 2 weeks late and wrong the other turned up 3 weeks late (too late for xmas)!
they do not acknowledge ANY emails at all and take your order giving you the impression that they have the goods in stock!!!!

Ordered and paid for on 14th October. After several e-mails I was told they were out of stock but would be arriving within a week of 2nd November. Still have not arrived and they don't respond to e-mails any more.
I would recommend anyone to avoid this company and pay perhaps a little more for good ...

I used to use Directfoto Express Film Service many yrs ago however after an order which they charged me twice for and goods not rec'd I moved to Bonus Print. My original order with Directfoto Express Film Service was sent way back in December 07. Despite 20 or so e-mails and numerous attempts at telephoning as of today's date, 06 September 2008, I still have not received my goods or a refund yet.
Did not receive a response to e-mails.
Telephone calls go ...
