I have to agree with the person who wrote the 1st review. Forget about support on these computers. Have weet through hell trying to find a replacement cooling fan for the CPU. Might as well have called a Chevrolet parts house.
I own 2 of these computers and about to throw the 1st one in a dumps ...

The Acer Power F1 is a new PC not powering up on installation. Phoned Acer, waited ages in queue. Finally got to speak to a girl and told her what problem was. She said "sorry, I cant help you. I will have to put you back in the queue!!" Gave up at that point and tried logging the problem on the web ...
