absoloutley amazing lugguage from Tripp, love the durability, the space, and comes iwth a fantastic gurantee, had a little mishap at the airport, and the customer service assistant was very helpful , no hassles, or time delays in repairs just choose your new case and your off!

Tripp material is not durable and after the outward bound flight of my recent trip it is useless. Debenhams say it is my fault. The bag was never even the aircraft hold.Suppose you only get what you pay for. Next time it will Poundland, at least I know what to expect!!

Tripp 'Raspberry' luggage obviously end of line so extremely cheap, but colour much nicer than in pictures. Ordered over internet at 08:35 Wednesday, delivered 07:45 Thursday - amazing service. Good points are price, quality, speed of delivery.

Lots of choice, but, no service. I am bamboozled by the new regulations, asked the assistant and was given no help, very disappointed, shop was 5 floors up and not worth the journey.
