Much safer loading mechanism when compared with the 'Bear trap' that is the HW77. Nice and light when compared with the brilliant HW77. I ...

I've had this rifle from new, its one of the early ones. It is still my favorite rifle, much more characater than my PCP, has to be one of the finest springers ever! Powerfull, accurate and no need for air cylinders! It is a bit heavy but that nothing really.

It would be fair to describe this as the rifle that saved BSA, before this they were still making and relying on designs that had been around for ages. If you can find a cherished example grab it and look after it, you wont be disappointed. It is almost beyond comprehension that BSA have not develop ...

Very accurate to 30m. Can hit a penny at this distance every time. Although it is quite heavy.

The BSA Super Star is a nice, quality gun!

I have had my BSA Super Star for years, not really sure when I bought it, maybe 1990 or 1991. She is .22, I bought it with a 3-9x40 Bisley scope and 1 piece mount. The scope died and the one piece mount has long gone. I now use a Simmons Whitetail Classic Compact 1.5-5x20 scope. I have a silence ...

    The BSA Superstar .177
I've been given one by a friend at work, I thought it was a bit old and heavy, till I stripped it down give it a good cleaning, degreased and re blued it and a little drop of oil
I then put a few pellets through it, then I thought what a lovely gun, the accuracy for this old ...

The BSA Superstar will suit most air gunners needs good hunting rifle and will cope with field targets with ease. In my opinion better than rapid series 250 shots per charge is good. Had number of guns through the years this is the best there is. No need to have any extra power than 12ft lbs to tune ...
