Awful. Canceled my policy because of a glitch in THEIR system. They've kept my money, and I have to apply by post to get some of it back (minus a £75 charge, and two further charges that don't have a £ sum attached to them yet). They deny any responsibility.

I wish I had read this reviews before signing up with eBike as all the bad points have been try even 4th Dimension can't get it right.

They take your money, will not answer the phone, will not respond to Emails even after 2 days to resolve NCB issues that Bennett's caused!

Policy price is very competitive but not you if you have to make a claim.

Useless for anything that isn't covered online. Don't expect any call you make to be answered in less than 40 minutes.
