Orange PAYG is worst service of any consumer product I've encountered. Difficult to top-up, menuing is bizarre, obscure and unusable, regular customer-service line doesn't answer and charged service wants 25p - even then, the guy put the phone down on me when he realised it was a complaint. Better s ...

I forgot to add... They tried to swindle me out of more money by introducing me to services that I had already signed up with and didn't recieve.

Orange are the worst network anyone could possibly go for. Speaking to customer services was like banging my head against a brick wall. Everything was over priced and completely over-rated.

I've only ever been with Orange, so I can't make a comparison with other networks, but for me it was confusing and seemed to be not-very-well organised. The various tariffs and rewards associated with them seemed to change quite a lot. Overall, I'm not impressed.

Im on the dolphin package with orange payg. I had unlimited text but found that orange were slowly taking credit off my top up even though my textng was free. I rang customer services on 450 and was told I come to contract side and not payg and to ring 451. 451 doesn't exist and in the mean time I h ...

    Contract side really good
Need to have better customer services or I will change network... soon.
Would not let me online-top up my phone as it would not accept any card details. So I was stuck over Christmas with no working phone which, as I work in Abu Dhabi, is really annoying.

I've been a Orange pay monthly customer for nine years. I switched to pay as you go and topped up 30 pounds the phone, but a day later my handset stopped receiving calls. I later found out Orange had barred my phone without telling me. I was unable to call customer services from my handset or use t ...

Orange charges 15p every connection, so if you phone someone and they are unavailable i.e no signal or the phone is switched off, you are charged 15p to listen to the answer phone message, this becomes quite expensive when you repeatedly attempt to call them as the answer phone kicks in after about ...
