AA! I can only sum-up this self-proclaiming company in one word! RUBBISH!!

To take the first letter and use it to signify this rubbish establishment is an insult to the alphabet!

AA is a piece of rubbish. They sent me a letter saying I have 1 day to prove of my mum's no claims bonus. Every time I call customer service I get "number busy please call back later" Ive rang about 100 times now. I'm changing, this sucks. DO NOT USE

Very poor. I have insured two motorcycles with the AA, previously at Bennetts. The AA switch was a big mistake. It was not the cheapest quote but went with it as I though AA would be a good company. The papers came through and the excess was £300. Phoned and argued with the manager but they are taking advantage of some technical terms difference between voluntary excess and compulsory excess.

The AA insurance Service are very poor indeed. I took out a policy 18 months ago and tried to cancel it today, they have asked me to pay nearly three months of the policy value as a cancellation charge.
