    This Nokia 1101 is a simple, easy to use dual band phone that is designed for European use. It makes and receives calls and sends and receives texts, thats all it does. Because it has no other gimmicks such as camera, bluetooth etc there is little to go wrong. The battery life is exceptionally good ...

    This is a lovely phone, fast, sleek, and lightweight.
    I didn't have it for long, but since then my mother and now my nan have had it (so it is over two years old) and it still has the same great battery life that it started. It is so easy to use.

    I bought the Nokia 1101 mobile phone new on eBay for £24 delivered. It was unlocked so I could simply slip in my Fresh SIM card and get on with it. Because I used the existing SIM, all the configuration was there, and all the phone numbers and so on.

    Bought the Nokia 1101 from Carphone warehouse with T-Mobile Pay As You Go sim for £30 includes £10 topup so really the phone was only £20.
    And Carphone Warehouse sell them unlocked to all networks, so I've ditched the T-mobile and am using my Vodafone card.
