    Placed an order on Monday - arrived 9.30am Tuesday - which included engraved items. All items perfectly described on web site and arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommended

    I think your products are way too expensive - compared to other online businesses. Hay and grass products for instance... you are ripping people off (in my opinion) with the prices you are charging.

    One (of many) Product Example:

    Oxbow Timothy Hay 1.1kg - your price ('reduced' from £14.94) ...

    I ordered online at 3.00pm Friday and my package has arrived by 9.30 Saturday morning and I paid for standard delivery (4 - 5 days)!

    Very easy site to use would recommend - nothing negative to report.

    Thanks for brill service, communication and excellent value for money.
    Would certainly recommend, no looking for best buys elsewhere and no loading and unloading from shops. Much easier.

    In my opinion youy company is one of the best. I have dealt with a few online pet shops and non give such an excellent and efficient service. The goods are packaged with care and are dispatched and delivered promptly.
