    Bought this Sony DVP-S330 from Techtronics and had to send it back immediately as no Red output present from RGB socket. After that the player began to stall and jump while playing rental DVDs - try watching Vanilla Sky with that kind of fault! Initially put this down to cheap discs but eventually ...

    Same problem with mine. Just shuts off at random during play. Costs too much to get it fixed , so I'll have to buy a new one, and not a sony.

    Sound drops out frequently on my Sony DVP-S330 DVD player. At best it is aggravating, at worst DVDs can be unwatchable.

    I think the Sony DVP-S330 is a pretty good dvd player if you're someone who doesn't make your own video cd's and things like that. If all you do is rent dvd's from blockbuster than so be it, but this player doesn't have all the nicer features of the other dvd players out there. Pretty basic besides ...

    Purchased this DVD player in Late November of '99. Started having problems reading discs just under a year later. Started getting C:13:00 errors and unit just shuts down. Since it was already out of warranty I disassembled it and cleaned the optics. While this seems to help it does not fix the probl ...
