Had the Honda SH125i since new and have done 1500 miles in all weathers since Sept 05. Really impressed generally and I've had all sorts of bikes (last was Honda Transalp 600 and this scooter does the ...

OK I must admit I am a "old" mechanic (well past my sell by date) My first bike a new Suzuki T20 super six followed all sorts of stuff. I am well impressed with the power (even the limited power with the Honda SH125i) and the "Twist and go" It is an ideal commuter. I bought it for the summer as a ...

In my day I used to ride up to 250cc on a L plate, those were the days. Now returning to biking in a more gentle fasion i.e a scooter. Had this Honda SH125i 8 - 10 weeks now, had a ANF 125 before which was stolen. Very eazy and comfortable to ride, twist and go is a cinch. Compared to ANF this s ...

Just remember it's only 125cc, and in that context, the Honda SH125i is really very impressive. I tested it well on a 1,300 mile trip around Scotland. You cruise at 55/60 mph and therefore average 35 mph on ordinary roads, allowing brief stops for petrol and map reading. It's a scooter, so sitti ...

This scooter has taken me on a daily 15-mile round trip, from Fulham to the City of London and vice versa, for six months now. It replaces my de-restricted Vespa ET4 50cc. Comparing the two is pointless: the SH125i is in a completely different league. Its huge wheels and better suspension and shaped ...

I have just ordered my second Honda SH125i. Handling is a dream on the bigger wheels and you have enough power to make this scooter the best commuter bike in its class. It's a shame the 150 version isn't available in the UK - the extra bit of poke would make longer journeys much easier.

I've owned the Honda SH125i for about 4 months, clocking 1,500 miles so far, and it has been flawlessly reliable. Thanks to a solid fuel injection system, there have been no problems starting on warm, cold, wet, foggy or humid days. Performance increased gradually over the first 1,000 miles as the m ...

Having been a motorcyclist for many years it was with trepidation that I ventured into buying a scooter, but realised it would be much more practical around London than my Fazer 1000. After much looking at various models and makes I choose the Honda due to the legendary build and reliability of the ...

Its a good all round bike easy to use and goes the distance. All round good commuter I use it to travel around 40miles each day and it handles the corners and Northern Ireland pretty well. I can take off from traffic lights pretty fast and can leave most bikes behind. Its an all round good bike. I'm ...

Very well made (its a Honda) never it to many miles on the clock will try to do the 100,000 mile club. Changing oil needs to lean on wall, otherwise it runs down the centre stand, when it got a flat battery that ' s it, no going out on it, but it did last 4 years and 30500 miles, new one cost £ ...
