Fair email service however in my experience the broadband speed is very slow I feel, I am paying for 8mb but actually getting 131 kpbs... not happy with this at all! I do not recommend Supanet.com, feel I get very little for what I am paying!

Was not able to log in for weeks. Supanet admitted problems but did not refund my direct debit, rather they charged £1 per min on help lines. Several emails in and out have been lost without trace. I have no record of email that have failed.
