    Customer service is rubbish. They don't reply to email and they charge 10p/minute to tell you that a simple refund will take 14 days, then 21 days, then 28 days to resolve.

    Virtually every panel dented and scraped, clutch slipped on hills, service indicator permanently on, car interior was filthy. When I protested about the condition, the attendant shrugged and walked away.

    If you are thinking of hiring a car from this company and want a child seat, think again. They want $15 PER DAY in Dubai thats a staggering $150 for 10 days or $210 for two weeks.
