Would not use again, but Holiday Autos did not specify which sub-contractor they use at the time of booking. Would also suggest that the damage excess waiver (DEW) is your only protection against this.

Have emailed Holiday Autos and last minute.com several times about reclaiming my money - still waiting for replies.
Would never recommend this company to anybody.

Holiday Autos are brokers who do not approach customer service with the same zeal as processing your credit card. Work with a genuine Car Hire company, not a third party broker who washes their hands if anything goes wrong.

Easy to book online. Better to book with a car company direct and save any hassle. Not transparent re costs. I was charged for winter tyres (which are mandatory in winter) after my holiday. Why couldn't I be charged the full price at time of booking. Not very good customer service.
