The booking was very easy and when we went to collect the car from the hotel it was very easy too. Everything went well and we had a lovely car

Our company and personally we have been using Carhire3000 for years. It is an excellent company and I would receommend it to family and friends. When I had a probelm with Dollar it was sorted to my satisfaction by Carhire3000.

The booking experience with Car Hire 3000 was quite good with a knowledgeable operator to talk to and some flexibility. The experience with Dollar in the US was not so good but on my return to the UK Car Hire 3000 took up my complaint against Dollar efficiently and effectively.

The car hire company, Europcar, gave me the wrong size car but insisted that it was equivalent to the one I had ordered. I complained to Carhire3000 and they dealt with my complaint perfectly. They arranged a £60.00 repayment and have offered a discount on my next hire.
