I bought this hoover TD4225 model because I have hairy dog. Found the Dyson worse than useless after a time. This one is light but so much so that it constantly falls over, the pet hairs collect around the cyclonic filter and block it so that the machine overheats and cuts out. If you remove the ...

Hoovers upright bagless cleaners are the WORST I have come across. Lets start with what it is built for, sucking up dust & dirt. Upright it does this VERY badly & reluctantly on all surfaces, carpet & bare flooring. It doesn't do the edges. It has an extendable leg at the back that flaps about & has ...

This Hoover TD4225 has been a waste of money. Only bought it 2 months ago. Doesn't suck up anything. I am now using a dustpan and brush because it works better.

I had the engineer out twice as the motor kept going on our Hoover TD4225. The first engineer took over a week to arrive and when he did he didn't have the correct parts - this meant I had to wait another week for Hoover to send another engineer with the part.
Hoover has poor suction and they're al ...

I told the engineer that the model was not acceptable, and that I wanted to change it to one that would not break down, overheat, and one that would pick up dust consistently. The engineer said there was nothing wrong with my Hoover TD4225 vacuum cleaner!
I wish I had read all the other reviews o ...

I bought the Hoover TD4225 Dust Manager vacuum cleaner a year ago, and it has gone from bad to worse. I used to be able to do one room before the suction went, now there is never any suction. It is totally useless. Also, I thought if I got a new filter system this may help, so I contacted hoover, an ...

Bought the Hoover TD4225 Dust Manager model because it was light to carry around and said it was quieter.
Found it very hard work to use, it did not pick up the dust quickly and you really had to work at it to get anything cleaned properly.
If it was switched to full power, it regularly cuts out ...
