    WATCH OUT FOR THE POST OFFICE !! They mucked up the Direct debit then chased me 2 years down the line (just before Christmas) for payment before issuing proceedings. They hadn't even let me know that money wasn't being paid across until this 2 year point. I will never use them again. Terrible c ...

    Last year I had an accident with my ipod touch. It fell in the bath and died a horrible watery death.     When phoned up to cancel the renew. Policy was £243 said they could do reduce it to £209. No thanks, can get same cover for £195.

    The Post Office were a lot cheaper than my existing insurer, particularly as they were offering a £50 cashback at the time. Contrary to what I've heard other people say, this £50 appeared in the form of a postal order quite quickly.
