    Insured buildings and contents. Was informed policy wouls arrive within 5 working days Three weeks on still has not arrived.     AXA was quick to send somebody round to secure our property after we had an attempted break in. The quality of the temporary board that was installed in place of my UPVC panel was nothing to write home about.

    Put a claim in for a leaking bathroom in March, initially there was some contact and they sent two companies round. One of which installed a drier for 5 days.
