I can believe i am actually going to write positive things about this insurance because for a long time i had so many resentful and angry feelings towards them and every day there was a new issue/complaint i had with them.

I fell off a horse in mongolia in the middle of nowhere and broke my collar ...

Knowing that I was able to come back to the UK if I needed to really put my mind at rest when I went travelling. It can feel a bit daunting if you plan a trip away for a long time, knowing that you would have difficulty coming back to the UK in case of an emergency, so this service felt like a bit o ...

Very competitive, if you ' re looking for a brand you've heard of! I had previous policy with the cheapest I could find via confused and now I know why they were cheap. Terrible customer service and when I came to claim for having my bags stolen they wouldn't pay out. I guess it makes sense, if you ...

American Express is the only travel insurer we would ever use, they have great cover levels as we holiday a lot and need ski cover. Actually broke my leg in France skiing last year. and they very helpful in the whole process of getting things sorted. Definitely recommended.

I haven't been unlucky enough to have to claim on my policy,(Though as I said know people who have) however, it gives me peace of mind of knowing I am insured by a company with a worldwide reputation to uphold.

I have their card, motor and now travel insurance, they have always been very helpful and I got their annual travel insurance for just £30. Motor insurance was cheaper than everyone else's too.

I've been with them a year. Tried to claim for losing two teeth in Australia but advised below the excess. Only cost me £70 anyhow. Will stick with them for now.

I had picked a big brand name for my travel insurance, thinking American Express would care about the quality of their service and provide impeccable service. In the event, I had to make all the running to get I guess 90% of my claim paid.
But I wouldn't complain would I? I'm just happy to be abou ...
