    Terrible service from customer call centre- they want you to buy protection insurance, otherwise the loan gets referred - would recommend you look elsewhere and we've banked with them for 35years

    another bad point is if you use your debit card and pay say £1000 towards your loan it is updated on your file within 12 hours at a LLOYDS TSB branch yet if you phone the administration company it takes days as they don't take it as cleared funds!! it makes a difference to the interest and a ...

    Lloyds TSB loans are fair. The money is quick into your bank account. The only thing I don't like is the high interest rate and I have found it is harder to up your loan at a later date.
