Absolutely shambolic. Initial cover did not reflect the proposal form, breakdown cover documents had to be chased up 4 times, simple spelling errors on documentation, renewal forms for insurance never sent, renewal forms for breakdown cover came 2 weeks after renewal date. 1st Quote called me as I looked at a website for car insurance, Gave me a quote and deducted the money from my account. Almost two weeks later I have still to receive my documents despite promises to deal with the problem.

i was 9 months into policy and wanted to add another car to my policy.After 40 mins waiting on the phone i was told i cant so i cancelled insurance and took policy out elswhere because i cancelled my policy 1stquote charged me a cancelation fee that was more than what i had left to pay them
