    I had a terrible experience with Platinum Prestige travel. They ruined my day. Towards the end of the night the driver kept pestering me to leave the venue as he had to drive back to Birmingham.     Platinum Prestige Travel, Rolls Royce turned up late. The car was not very clean. And they requested more money as I went 5 minutes over the time agreed. They requested an additional £150.00. I was forced to call a cab and pick us up from the High Street as they would not drive us any further ...

    The Platinum Prestige Travel driver apparently went 2 minutes over the time we hired up till on our wedding day and asked for an extra £150 to take us any further we refused as we were only about half a mile away from our house i even offered to pay a bit less.     Platinum Prestige Travel are Reliable and provide an excellent service. The car and driver were clean, cheapest all inclusive pricegiven excellent service, they were on time and as promised etc, value for money with peace of mind 10/10
