    You get mediocre service for mediocre payment.Good features especially
    newones for cell phone users.

    I can't get through to Tel3, all circuits or busy or Please hold for your party, or you are being connected now. I haven't been able to make a call in weeks. Awful.

    Far as I can tell, Tel3 is not defunct. The web site is down, the access numbers are no longer answering, and, leadin gup to today, the service was becoming unusable due to "all circuits are busy" messages.
