After care service up till exchange at the store was exemplary and all departments kept me advised regarding engineers call out etc.
I think it is outrageous that the customer is being penalised for having a faulty fridge. I only want a fridge that works same size same capacity not even looking for ...

I bought a oven hob 5 weeks ago from Comet and took extra insurance cover for accidental damage. The sales assistant told us it was new for old and that it would be replaced in the store if accident was to happen. This was not to be, I dropped a oven hood on top of the hob and it smashed to pieces ...

We haven't had to make use of their after market service, instead relying on HP when we had an issue with the computer. But, I must say their prices were the best for an item we could have bought at 10 different shops. I would recommend for pc purchases.

I bought a splashback, did not check for 11 days as we were not fitting til then and I wanted this left in the box to save it. I though I would have had 28 days to return.
Box was undamaged, but when I open it up there was a huge dent in the spashblack
Phoned CS and they would not do anything ...
