    An LCD TV less than 1 year old, now on it's third fault in that time.
    Currys store only bothered to give a Call Centre number, who gave a fairy tale of a right to have the TV repaired 3 times but refused to put this in writing & send me a copy;

    really bad delivery service. They left no card, I phoned 8 days later and they would not let me change the address. I waited in all week for the delivery, but cannot do that again so needed to change.
    Have had to cancel and reorder - would NOT recommend this service to anyone.

    I ordered a Sony tv from Currys. I paid extra to have the TV delivered within a specific time slot. They never showed.     Do not buy any product in Currys as they breach your full statutory rights by offering repair only under warranty. They refuse to offer replacement or refunds even though repair only first option effectively 'causes significant inconvenience' They try to sell back your right to no quibble refunds or ...

    I purchased a digital TV at the end of January 2009 and in May 2009 I could not receive a picture. I returned it to currys Torquay and they said they would repair it.
