Lighterlife was great to experience being thin for once in my life, BUT the after effects are more damaging. Reality = rapid weight gain when started eating normal food, chronic problems with pain in my digestive system, overactive bowel movemements. And this is 2 years after ditching the diet.

Hi ,i did lighterlife 2 years ago lost 4 stone in 4 mths,found it very easy
