If I was asked as a shopper on Ideal World (Ironically named) whther they should purchase goods from this channel I would have to say absolutely NO, your phonebill will be enormous, you'll never get any reply to emails, your goods probably won't turn up, an if you opt to spread the cost of your paym ...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. They are not transparent and are difficult to contact, only via India call centre who can do nothing to help you.
