I camp/tour all over and have stayed at another Haven which to be honest was the same as above but I thought it was just bad luck so gave them another try, big mistake my husband who incidentally likes a drink has banned me from booking again with Haven or our camping/touring days are over. There a ...

Don't read the reviews Marton Mere Holiday village because we did before we went expecting it to be terrible, but it were the opposite. Nice park, had a great time and would go back again.

We were in the St James area which was very quiet and only a short walk from the bus. The van was clean throughout. Wish the bus route reverted to not going via the zoo no o ...

We were two families who had booked the best caravans you could at Marton Mere Holiday village. Both caravans were dirty and one stank of cigarette smoke. They were poorly equipped, one having no tin opener and no wine glasses. We have never been so cold in all our lives and kids slept in front of f ...

I got there and thought I'm going to be bored for a week but in the evening when I met the funstars. Funstars. They always pu ...

Great for under Tens. And ideal for getting into Blackpool.
The site is very small and theres nothing much to do. The swimming pool is small and boring.
I would not recomend this site to young teenagers as they are all stood around bored, so you find yourself spending more money in Blackpool most ...

Have just returned from Marton Mere. Very disappointing. I refused the first caravan offered as it was grubby and stunk of cigarette smoke, second was little better. Asked for floors to be hoovered and mopped and a bathroom blind to be fitted (made do with a towel hung over) - not done by time we ...
