    We bought our Ariston AL109 nearly new but second hand. I can guess why they wanted rid, it's the most temperamental machine ever. We've had to replace the pump.     Generally, I would consider Ariston AL 109 as a fairly good machine. It uses a minimal amount of water and thus saves a lot on waters bills. However, the machine is not as quiet as before when it does the spin.

    The ariston brand is awful. The machince broke down 6 times in one year. Trying to get it fixed was a nightmare. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. BUYER BEWARE
