    Don't have to travel miles to crowded shops & some of there items are cheaper than ebay. Very quick delivery. Never had a problem with this company so i was amazed to see bad reviews.     I ordered 4 CD's from 101CD and I have received none. I have emailed them for an explanation, but I haven't received an explanation. I'm not even sure this is a real store?!

    I ordered a music CD from 101CD in April, and I am still awaiting delivery.

    The website offers on-line order tracking, which sounds useful, but in my experience it is a waste of time.

    My first order with 101CD was placed in November 2004.
    I'm still waiting for it. Their reply to my emails is "please be patient".
    My second order was on the 2nd of October, so 16 days later I check and it's out of stock.
    I will never use them again.

    Bought a dvd set from the series 24 (it cost 83 pounds) the set arrived one month later and it was damaged before sending. I sent it back to 101CD ( 21 Euro shipping costs) and after a month it came back packed with soft carton that is usually used as filling paper. As you can guess it was damaged ...
