You have to realize, when Newport News Women's clothing items are on backorder, its your decision to cancel them if you do not have to wait. The US is massive. Newport news takes long because they keep adding finance charges to their credit card account while you wait for them to credit your account. I got so fed up with them that I paid the balance off in order to preserve my credit. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

It has been another week since I contacted Newport News and I STILL get their standard form message back!!! It will take 4 to 6 weeks to process your return! It has now been almost three months. They are the absolute worst company there is on the internet. If you make a purchase you will regret it.
